Job summary:
Our growing aggregate company is looking for a full-time front-end Loader Operator to operating various size loaders in a safe and productive manner.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Responsible for running front-end loader to move and transport materials to plant.
· Fills hopper to ensure adequate quantity and quality of raw materials is maintained
· Performs routine maintenance on loaders, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning
· Ensure the quality and quantity of raw materials meets job specifications
· Follows Safety plans to ensure that the plant being worked on is operating pre state, federal, and local regulations, and requirements.
· Conduct visual inspection and evaluations of plant and equipment to maintain productivity
· Follow to all MSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
· Comply with all company policy’s and safety standards
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent*
Must be able to pass a drug test - we work with large equipment and for insurance reasons all employees must be substance free.
Be able to read, write, and speak English
Valid Driver’s license/ reliable transportation
CDL is a plus!!
Working conditions:
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL. All within the state of AZ
Exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors
Must wear protective equipment while at the location
Physical requirements:
Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing
Must be able to lift up to 50/100+ pounds occasionally this is still a physical position.
Experience:
Loader Operator: 1 year (Mandatory)
This is an hourly position with a base pay rate DOE.
