Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Lead to oversee operations and an operator on our crushing sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong aggregate crushing knowledge and hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage site activities, ensuring MSHA safety and efficiency while coordinating with crew members. ****Travel Required - Daily Lodging/Per Diem Paid for travel.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the crushing site, ensuring adherence to MSHA safety protocols and project timelines.
- Operate various heavy equipment including John Deere and Caterpillar machinery, excavators, loaders, and skid steers as needed.
- Oversee the operation of water trucks and other support vehicles to facilitate site activities.
- Coordinate with team members to move materials, and perform necessary crushing site responsibilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members on equipment operation and MSHA safety practices.
- Maintain clear communication regarding progress, and production outcomes.
- Create daily production and scale reports as required.
Qualifications
- 12 Months of Aggregate Crushing Expertise
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a crushing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.
- Proficiency in operating John Deere and Caterpillar machinery, Excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
