Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and be capable of efficiently managing various machinery on construction sites. This role requires a strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork to ensure successful project completion.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, skid steer, dozer and excavators on construction sites.
- Perform digging and earth-moving tasks to prepare sites for building projects.
- Safely transport materials using off road haul trucks and front loader trucks.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work activities and achieve project goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the construction process by building structures as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to loader operation, backhoe operation, and excavator operation .
- Familiarity with construction site procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with operating heavy machinery, including lifting and maneuvering materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Valid driver's license; certification for operating specific equipment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
