Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in parking lot striping projects, operating equipment and contributing to the successful completion of tasks on-site. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members, attention to detail, and the ability to follow specific processes.
This is a seasonal part- to full-time position (March - November) with a flexible schedule, including opportunities for overtime pay. Must have the ability to work weekends and occasional holidays, plus afternoon, evening, and night shifts. Most projects will be completed from 3 PM to midnight.
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of equipment used in the application and maintenance of parking lots and other on-site projects such as striping equipment, leaf blowers, tape measures, brooms, etc.
- Assist in cleaning and preparing job sites for paint application.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines, work quickly and efficiently while still maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow all procedures, processes, and guidelines while working on-site.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must own a personal smartphone for job-related communication, tasks, and essential job functions.
Experience
- Previous parking lot striping experience is preferred, but not required. On-the-job training is available.
- Experience working on construction sites, other trades, or similar environments is a plus, but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment is beneficial.
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while adhering to strict systematic and safety practices.
- A desire to fully complete each project with high quality standards and pay attention to detail is required.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
