Toro Company's Plant 3 located in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico is a division of The Toro Company since 2025, we pride ourselves on providing garden and landscape maintenance. We produce cordless irrigation systems, blowers, equipment to assist with tree maintenance, lawn mowers, garden vehicles, trenchers. In general, irrigation systems and outdoor solutions. What will you do?
In order to grow and build a successful career at The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Building Maintenance
Install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
Manage janitorial and building maintenance crew
Repair and perform preventive maintenance due to wear and tear of building and equipment
Maintain green areas
Determine what repairs and maintenance can be done in house and those that need an outside contractor or vendor
Building Equipment
Schedule maintenance and repair of compressors and ac / heating units.
Schedule maintenance for dock doors, levelers and ramps.
Supervise Assembly, installation or repair of wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery and equipment
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required
maintenance and service.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Experience with cooling equipment such us systems based in chillers and cooling towers.
General Knowledge, skills and duties
Analyze data, blueprints and reports.
Analyze project costs and preparing budgets.
Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes and environmental health and safety standards.

What do you need?
To be considered for this position, an individual must meet the following minimum requirements:
B.S. Mechanical, Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering + 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Project management skills.
Experience in manufacturing plant startup operations preferred
Lean Manufacturing experience.
PLC Programming is a plus.
US Visa.
