We're specifically looking for skilled operators who have experience with dirt-work and operating any of the following equipment (but not limited to):
- 637/657, 631/651 Scrapers (Push-Pull experience preferred)
- D6/D8/D9/D10/D11/Dozers (Rough and Finish Grade)
- 14M or 16H Blades (Rough and Finish Grade)
- Haul Truck Drivers (777)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of heavy equipment experience (required)
- Must have reliable transportation / willing to relocate at your own expense
- OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health
- Able to pass a drug test & background screening
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Can withstand extreme conditions: excessive heat, wind, cold, continuous noise for extended shifts
- Works well under pressure, in a fast-paced working environment
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Responsibilities
- Operate scrapers, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, and haul trucks efficiently and safely.
- Perform heavy equipment operations in a construction setting, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines, including OSHA 10 standards.
- Work with equipment to complete tasks effectively and accurately.
