We are looking to hire an experienced qualified person to perform routine maintenance on heavy construction equipment to ensure company's ability to meet project needs and document equipment maintenance.
Experience and knowledge in the following required:
- diesel power units, hydraulic systems, injection valves and systems, mold boards, and scarifies on graders
- Inspect, adjust and repair gasoline and diesel tractors, and hydraulic and cable operated attachments on tractors
- Troubleshoot sensor issues, rebuild motors and transmissions
- Work side by side with lube and service truck operator
- Certified and experienced in welding
- Show a sense of ownership/pride to keep equipment running safely and smoothly
- Self motivated and directed, able to work on own successful and on task
- Diagnose and repair differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, air conditioning systems and electrical systems
- Prior experience maintaining CAT, John Deere, and/or Komatsu heavy construction equipment; Significant experience troubleshooting heavy equipment used for heavy civil grading andg (ie. Bulldozer, excavators, motor grader/blades, scrapers)
- Valid CDL Class A License (or the ability to obtain before start)
- Maintain CDL, OSHA 10 and Air Quality Dust Card qualifications
