Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively will be key to
your success in this role.
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and recommending
improvements to organizational business processes, helping drive efficiency, innovation,
and performance. You will use your analytical skills to identify trends, develop
actionable insights, and contribute to the overall success of our business. If you're a
proactive problem-solver with a consultative approach, this is the role for you.
• 6+ years of related professional experience or a shown equivalent.
• Strong persuasion skills as well as someone that possess strong interpersonal
and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within Consumer product development as well as apparel,
footwear, or home goods experience is key.
• Strong oral and written communications capabilities are vital to this role.
• You will have a strong understanding of finance and financial controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Tableau, PowerBI, Visio, Confluence, Jira, Design and Anylsis
