Leadership & Team Development:

Establish clear KPIs, track recruitment performance, and ensure high-impact hiring outcomes.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

Key Requirements:

Minimum 14 to 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, and Leadership roles.

Proven track record in business development, strategic hiring, and workforce planning.

Strong expertise in team management, mentoring, and leadership development.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leadership across global teams.

Experience with hiring technologies, HR analytics, and process automation.
