Description
Join our team of exceptional technicians at our Mount Joy service department. We are currently seeking a skilled service technician who specializes in Agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of agricultural equipment, including tractors, implements, and hay equipment. They will also be responsible for conducting service calls, performing shop work, and delivering their services in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair agriculture equipment in shop or on the customer site.
- Participate in training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
- Complete work in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform work in neat and orderly fashion and maintain a clean work space.
- Road service/service calls required.
Preferred Requirements
- 3 years experience working on AG equipment
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Ability to work with computers for diagnostics
- Positive attitude and works well with others
- Must have valid PA drivers license
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must have own tools
