Overview
Grading company is seeking heavy equipment operators and laborers.
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Equipment Operators AND Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Fluent in Spanish is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, dozers, excavators, to complete construction tasks efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow on job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment for grading.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to operate machinery for extended periods and perform manual labor as needed.
