- Hardware asset handling.
- Onboard new users to the remote lab and provide knowledge transfer.
- Providing end-user support via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback to improve the Remote Lab experience.
- Contributing to the development of documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Strong application support and troubleshooting skills.
Requirements- Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk).
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
