Analista Lean (Lean Analyst)

Mission:
Lead and stimulate continuous improvement initiatives across commercial and technical-administrative areas, guiding teams to develop more efficient, customer-focused work methods.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing Strategies: Shape and drive the VPS (LEAN) culture within the company.
- Training and Guiding Teams: Train and lead multidisciplinary teams in adopting VPS (LEAN) principles, focusing on waste elimination, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Communication and Advocacy: Maintain an active internal communication plan to promote the VPS (LEAN) culture and participate in a network of VPS (LEAN) ambassadors.
- Metrics and Evaluation: Develop metrics and evaluation structures to measure the company's progress in the VPS (LEAN) journey.
- Strategic Support: Support the definition of long-term strategies and action plans using VPS (LEAN) practices.

Our team consists of 6 dedicated members with diverse roles including VPS (LEAN) Analysts and Aftersales Support. We come from varied backgrounds in engineering, business, and IT, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Essential Requirements:
- Educational: Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- LEAN/Six Sigma Training: Proven training in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing organizational culture changes focused on continuous improvement.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft 365 Office.
- Language Skills: English.
- Innovative Mindset: Focus on innovation and problem-solving.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to manage conflicts and adapt methodologies based on team maturity.
Nice to Have Characteristics:
- Software Skills: Experience with process modeling software, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Commercial Knowledge: Understanding of commercial management.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills.
