Introductie
De Volvo truckfabriek in Gent is de grootste vrachtwagenfabriek van de Volvo Group wereldwijd. Elke dag assembleren bijna 3000 collega's hier trucks van topkwaliteit. Zo staan innovatie en continue verbetering standaard op onze agenda, en dat al van dag 1. Wij geloven dan ook steevast in de filosofie van Lean Manufacturing, waarbij aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en het milieu onze top prioriteit zijn. Onze site vandaag kent heel wat verschillende afdelingen, maar een ding hebben we allemaal gemeenschappelijk: passie voor wat we doen.
Ontmoet jouw team
Je komt terecht in een dynamisch VPS-team (Volvo Performance System) dat bestaat uit enthousiaste Lean Coaches. Je zal hen administratief ondersteunen. Iedere Lean Coach is verantwoordelijk voor zijn zone en heeft zijn specifieke projecten.
Jouw ideale Job?
- Je houdt de administratie op de VPS (Volvo Performance System) afdeling bij (zodat wij niet verdwalen in een papieren jungle)
- Je houdt onze SharePoint up-to-date.
- Je helpt ons om diverse presentaties te maken om ons zo te helpen er indrukwekkend uit te zien.
- Je beheert de agenda’s van onze lean coaches.
- Je helpt one-pagers (cristal clear) op te stellen.
- Je helpt ons een georganiseerde werkorganisatie te waarborgen. (want chaos is niet ons ding)
- Je geeft input in lean projecten en je werkt samen met ons mee aan enkele uitdagingen binnen de afdeling (Wie weet word je wel een leangoeroe)
Zijn wij "the perfect match"?
- Je volgt een master of bachelor opleiding. Bij voorkeur in een relevante studierichting.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en georganiseerd (en hebt misschien een lichte obsessie met kleurgecodeerde schema's)
- Je ben vlot en communicatief vaardig.
- Je kunt goed overweg met Microsoft Office en kent basis SharePoint (en je hebt misschien een geheime liefde voor Excel)
- Je bent flexibel en leergierig (en kunt multitasken als een pro)
- Je bent proactief, ziet het werk en neemt initiatief!
- Je beheert naast het Nederlands ook de Engelse taal
- Je bent minimum 1 dag in de week beschikbaar vanaf maart/ april 2025.
