Qualifications:
Knowledge skills and abilities:
- Promote and carry out the Hitachi Core Values.

- Problem Solving - Reviewing related information to identifying problems, develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

- Collaborations with different job functions and levels of management.
- Analyze data and find insights to improve operations.
Education:
- 4-Year college degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or similar curriculum of study.
Experience:
- Engineering skills including knowledge of control systems, mechanics, pneumatics, robotics and factory floor equipment programming.
- Experience PLC programming and troubleshooting. (Keyence, Mitsubishi PLC preferred)
- Knowledge of computer systems (specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) to perform and present analysis for necessary job duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to create and present concepts to internal teams and all levels of management.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience in 220VAC and 24VDC electrical wiring and systems.
- Perform new model verification and create documentation to support findings such as CPK, Repeatability, Gage R&R studies.
