SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
- Auxiliary Equipment Coordinator
- Working at Rosharon, TX
The Auxiliary Equipment Coordinator is responsible for data entry in SAP, shipping and receiving processing, charge waybill/load list to projects, clear load list out of projects (check-in of equipment) and record all documents and certifications.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Purchases auxiliary equipment
- Supervises correct application of decals/labels of auxiliary equipment
- Maintains current planning of all auxiliary equipment
- Maintains accurate data entry into SAP of all equipment, including initial data entry of all new equipment.
- Maintains accurate data entry into SAP of all equipment certifications (i.e. load testing)
- Maintains accurate data entry in SAP from waybill/load list charging or clearing equipment from projects.
- Maintains accurate data entry in SAP of all equipment shipping and receiving processes.
- Disperses load lists to Yard Manager/ Loading Supervisor
- Maintains accurate inventory of auxiliary equipment locations
- Coordinate testing of AE per Mammoet standard, local legislation and/or client requirements
- Coordinate correct fabrication forms for AE
- Other Duties, as assigned by Yard/AE Manager
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Must have basic computer skills, SAP knowledge preferred.
- Must be able to understand and apply established procedures for accurate equipment inventory.
