WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Manage the sales process for both Japanese domestic and overseas projects, from FS, FEED to contract signing and after sales support to start up project smoothly.
- Working across diverse sectors such as renewable, Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, nuclear, shipbuilding, and power generation.
- Provide consulting services on heavy lift and transport solutions
- Prepare drawings and quotations for heavy lift and transport projects and engage in discussion with clients. (Technical, Commercial, and Contractual aspects).
- Collaborate with international offices and project sites (oversea travel required).
- Build productive relationship with Clients and identify their project requirement.
- Taking ownership internally/externally of delivering the best heavy lifting & transport solution on client’s project.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED- Advanced experience in sales systems. Professional level experience in HLT operations and equipment, contract management practices and tender management.
- Experienced in infrastructure project tendering and execution in relevant sector especially in construction, mechanical or civil engineering in oil & gas or renewables industries.
- 0-10 years of broad work experience in related sectors.
- Japanese & English, fluent proficiency verbal and written.
- Proactive & Self-motivated mindset
- Willing to learn and adapt
Preferred Qualification & Skills:
- Sales and account management experience with business software
- Strong computer skills and experience with heavy lifting/transport equipment is a plus.
- Work in international company with multinational team
- Presentation and its preparation in both English and Japanese.
