Job Title: Warranty Project Manager
The opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a Warranty Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution and customer support of all orders in our HV Service division. This position offers a unique chance to collaborate directly with our commercial operations team, manage warranty orders, and provide timely responses to both internal and external customers. You'll be responsible for coordinating warranty service execution, monitoring costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and project management. How you'll make an impact
- Collaborate with the commercial operations team to review and audit order handoffs.
- Manage warranty orders to ensure timely customer support and proper financial management.
- Verify order documents and engage with the commercial team during project close-out.
- Coordinate warranty service execution, including cost monitoring and customer communication.
- Facilitate communication between commercial operations and field/production teams.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) list for the HV Service portfolio.
- Ensure on-time payment for current and future sales orders.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding project updates, scheduling, and documentation.
Your background
- Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage multiple project timelines.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
- Experience with SAP and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project management processes and tools experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of high voltage products, services, and their application is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
