We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Crew Leader/Foreman on our dirt crew. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in operating various types of machinery, including finish blades, dozers, and excavators. Additionally, the ability to read blueprints and shoot grades is essential. As the lead on-site, you will be responsible for coordinating with our project superintendents to ensure the successful execution of each project. We prefer candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in finish grading and layout planning, although this is not a strict requirement.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
