The Case Construction Business Manager is strategically engaged with the key assigned CASE Construction Independent dealers to improve CASE Construction sales volume/margin. Our team is seeking an influential and persuasive individual who has strong financial acumen and customer relations experience.
This individual will be located, and traveling to dealerships in Texas and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure accountability with indirect team members to achieve consolidated goals
- Purposeful interaction to build & cultivate relationship with dealers, customers (internal/external)
- Build & drive sales strategy for assigned dealers
- Execute dealer business planning
- Deploy resources to meet dealer/customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with at least six (6) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural salesOR
- Associates’ Degree with at least nine (9) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural salesOR
- HS Diploma with at least twelve (12) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales

The annual salary for this role is $92,000 - $142,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
