Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Frac Supervisor, Senior to join our team in the Middle East. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate fracturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and technical compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of fracturing operations, including planning, execution, and post-job analysis.
- Supervise the setup and operation of fracturing equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
- Conduct comprehensive after-action reviews, ensuring accurate documentation and continuous improvement for future operations.
- Provide engineering guidance and support for fracturing operations, including fluid handling and pressure management.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety standards during fracturing operations.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and field personnel.
- Collaborate with field-based operations supervisors to develop operational programs for fracturing activities.
- Perform pressure tests and monitor equipment performance to ensure operational integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fracturing operations.
- Strong technical expertise in hydraulic fracturing, fluid dynamics, and pressure management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
