Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to perform tasks such as skidsteer opertion, mini excavator operation, forklift operation, and equipment hauling. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and advancement. OSHA certification a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to proficiently operate a Skidsteer, Mini Excavator, Forklift, and haul the equipment.

- Required to perform tasks such as digging, excavating, trenching, pad building, and leveling using the equipment

- Safely transport materials and equipment to and from job sites

- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and guidelines at all times

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment especially Mini Excavator

- Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations

- Experience operating Caterpillar machinery is preferred

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
