Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations on-site. This role is crucial to maintaining productivity and supporting project timelines while adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment including Excavator, loader, and skid steer.
Perform digging tasks and operate machines for site preparation and material movement.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and ensure project goals are met.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment on-site.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is stored properly after use.

Experience

Proven experience as an Equipment Operator with a strong understanding of machinery operation.
Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment issues.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.58 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
